Cancellation Policy

Cancelations must be made 24 hours prior to appointment for full refund or deposit and if for any reason we are unable to access the property during a scheduled cleaning appointment a last minute cancellation fee of 50% of the days services will be assessed.  Please remember that if for any reason we are unable to access the property during a scheduled cleaning appointment a last minute cancellation fee of 50% of the days services will be assessed.
